Can we get dressed there?
We do not have a dressing room, please arrived dressed and ready to wed. We do have a bathroom and several mirrors for freshening up.
Can our Arrive early?
Arriving early or late can cause a huge disruption to another couples ceremony. Please arrive at your scheduled time.
What happens after booking with Truehart wedding chapel?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email that you supplied. That email acts as as “What, Where, When, & Receipt”. It shows your date, time, and package you paid for.
Can we chose our music to walk down the aisle?
You can chose any song that is available on iTunes. If no song is chosen, our default music is “Here comes the bride”. Any selection will be played softly in the background.
When will we receive our marriage certificate?
Every County Is Different But Most Counties Will Usually Take 4-5 Weeks. For More Information on Marriage Licenses
Are payments refundable?
Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable.
Does the price include the officiant fee?
The price includes Your Minister/Officiant Fee.
Where should we park?
Our space has a very small shared parking lot and there is also free street parking.
Can we have a reception there?
We do not offer receptions.
